TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Definitions. The CONTENT - Any and all text, audio files, images, graphics, messages and communications, found in the WEBSITE. YOU agree to indemnify and hold harmless the COMPANY from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, actions, suits or other expenses (including all attorney's fees) arising out of a breach by YOU of any of your covenants, representations or warranties inferred by the COMPANY by your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 5. Legal Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination. Any action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of England and YOU expressly agree to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
